OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Nail Garden and participating Nail Garden salon locations. By visiting this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SALON SERVICES

Service availability, pricing, timing, techniques, and results may vary by location, nail artist, and individual guest. Prices displayed on this website are starting prices unless otherwise stated and may change based on service length, product selection, nail condition, design complexity, or location.

Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, infections, medical concerns, or other conditions that may affect your service. Nail Garden may refuse, discontinue, or modify a service when reasonably necessary for the safety of a guest or team member.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Guests who arrive late may receive a shortened or modified service to avoid delaying following appointments. We cannot guarantee we can complete the full scheduled service if a guest arrives late.

ONLINE BOOKING

Online appointment booking may be provided through Zenoti or another third-party booking provider. When using a third-party service, you may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, appointment, and payment information when making a reservation.

PAYMENTS AND GRATUITIES

Payment is due when services are completed unless you have confirmed another arrangement in writing. Applicable taxes, service charges, or gratuities are not included unless specifically stated.

COMPLETED SERVICES

Salon services are personalized and performed in person. Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern, please notify the salon manager before leaving or contact the location within three days so we can review the matter.

Any corrective service is subject to management assessment, appointment availability, and the condition of the original service.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Nail Garden is not responsible for unauthorized use of a lost or stolen gift card.

GROUP BOOKINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Group reservations, private events, bridal parties, and other specially arranged visits may require separate written terms, minimum spending amounts, payment schedules, or cancellation requirements. We will disclose any additional conditions before confirming the reservation.

PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, location restrictions, or exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

MINORS

Services for minors may require the permission or presence of a parent or legal guardian depending on the guest’s age, requested service, salon location, and applicable law.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and current. However, service descriptions, prices, hours, availability, photographs, and other information may change without notice. Website photographs are illustrative, and individual results may vary.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website may link to booking providers, maps, social networks, payment services, or other third-party websites. Nail Garden does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, terms, security, or privacy practices.

ShopNailGarden.com is a separate online beauty storefront. Purchases made through that website are governed by the policies displayed on ShopNailGarden.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Nail Garden name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, text, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nail Garden is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

PRIVACY

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Information submitted through third-party booking or payment providers is additionally governed by their respective privacy policies.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect when we post the revised terms on this website with an updated revision date.
