The opportunity

A beauty ritual guests already understand—and a brand they can remember.

Nail Garden was built around a simple belief: everyday beauty care should feel elevated, personal and worth returning to.

Our full-service salon concept brings together nail artistry, spa care, beauty services and warm hospitality in one welcoming destination. We are looking for thoughtful operators who want to build strong teams, protect the guest experience and grow with intention.

Why Nail Garden

A distinctive concept, rooted in real salon experience.

More than a name on the door: a clear point of view on service, environment and how guests should feel.

01

An established story

More than 20 years of operating history and a brand presence spanning California, Texas and Dubai.

02

A full-service menu

Manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, waxing and complementary beauty services create multiple reasons to visit.

03

Hospitality at the center

A guest-first experience designed to feel polished, warm, social and consistently cared for.

04

Built to belong locally

A recognizable Nail Garden identity with room for each salon to become part of its neighborhood.

The franchise relationship

A structured path from interest to opening.

Qualified candidates receive the information needed to understand the brand, the opportunity and the responsibilities of ownership before making a decision.

01

Brand and guest experience

Learn the standards, service philosophy and visual identity that make a Nail Garden salon feel unmistakably ours.

02

Market and site conversation

Discuss territory goals, market fit and the type of salon environment envisioned for the brand.

03

Training and opening preparation

Prepare ownership and leadership teams around service standards, operations and launch readiness.

04

Ongoing partnership

Stay connected to the brand, its standards and the operating conversation after the salon opens.

The specific training, assistance and obligations offered are governed by the applicable Franchise Disclosure Document and signed franchise agreements.

Ways to grow

One salon—or a larger vision.

We welcome conversations with qualified candidates interested in thoughtful single-unit ownership or multi-unit development.

Single-unit ownership

Start with one exceptional salon.

Build a local business, lead a strong team and introduce the Nail Garden experience to your market.

Multi-unit development

Build a market with intention.

For experienced operators with the resources, leadership and long-term plan to develop multiple salons.

Who we are looking for

Operators who care about people as much as performance.

Beauty or salon experience can be valuable, but every candidate is evaluated individually. What matters most is the ability to lead, execute and protect the guest experience.

  • 01People leadership

You know how to recruit, develop and retain a service-focused team.

  • 02Operational discipline

You respect standards, details and the daily work behind a great guest experience.

  • 03Financial readiness

You are prepared to evaluate the investment and fund the opportunity responsibly.

  • 04Long-term mindset

You want to build a durable local business and contribute to the brand’s future.

The discovery process

From first hello to a shared plan.
