This T&C were published and maintained by Nail Garden for Nails Manicure & Pedicure LLC (“NG UAE”), NG UAE were incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. When you access, browse or use this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the T&C set forth herein. When you access NG mother company website or NG UAE sub-Site, then such sub-Site may have its own T&C, which may differ from each sub-site to another. NG UAE reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon notification on this Site. Your continued use of the Site, or any of the materials contained on the site, following such notification will be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these T&C of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. NG UAE may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability. NG UAE Site collects user’s personal information for the purpose of registering Users for a purchase and for processing payments. The Site collects user’s personal information for future promotional and marketing purposes. NG UAE will not share user’s personal information with other businesses (except limited conditions such as the companies under NG UAE like Finance company/ marketing/..etc). In the event that a user’s correct and accurate personal information is not provided a registration for a purchase will not be processed. Users are responsible for ensuring that their details remain current and accurate. A user’s personal information will also be used by NG UAE to contact the user to confirm payment has been processed for the purchase, receive feedback, and contact the user concerning the operation of the NG UAE service. NG UAE reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety, and integrity of NG UAE’s systems as well as its clients and users interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, NG UAE may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability, and validity of appointments booked by you. NG UAE reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. NG UAE shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith. NG UAE reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice. It is assumed upon signing up that you are willing to receive emails from NG, for the confirmation and registration on the Site and for receiving information on promotions via the NG LinkTree. E-mails are essential for confirmation and reservation and will not be sent unless users consent to receiving such email. For any concerns or problems with email contact dubai@nailgarden.com. No waiver by NG UAE of any provision of these T&C shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative. As a courtesy to other guests. No vaping and disturbing noises are allowed inside the premise to maintain a healthy and relaxing environment inside the salon.

Bookings & Appointments (via all Networks)

Bookings & Appointments

NG UAE is committed to providing superior quality services for all relevant parties involved. Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes appointment adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or re-scheduling your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago, we recommend making an appointment over the phone or online. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. ​ As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments are confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled service via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You acknowledge that images & videos of the services as shown on the Site are indicative and may not be representative of the actual outcome of the service. The rates / prices of the services shown on the Site are quotations only. Prices may vary depends on client’s services requirements. Booking of services and beauty packages is subject to availability and confirmation of NG UAE. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such packages may vary without any notice. In case we are not able to provide the services as shown on the Site, we reserve the right to give the substitute services of the same standard category. You agree that the terms of the services may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to force majeure events etc. By making a booking through our Site you make an offer to purchase the beauty service or package from NG UAE. Before placing an order, you are advised to check the description of the beauty services or Package carefully. By making a booking for beauty services or Package you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking and NG UAE included in the services and Package’s description and official website. Once we accept your booking, a legally binding contract is formed between you and NG UAE of the service or package chosen by you. The service provider’s general contractual T&C are made available by us to you by means of a link or full text before the booking takes place and they will apply in addition to those set out here. The service provider’s T&C may include provisions relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings, and refunds (if available), and any other restrictions. Where there is a conflict between any information on our Site and these T&C, these T&C will apply in priority. Where there is a conflict between these T&C and the Service Providers’ T&C, NG UAE’s one will apply in priority. NG UAE are using the best product quality and we are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential losses) suffered or sustained in connection with: (I) any inaccurate or incorrect information provided by users; (II) any use of the Site or NG UAE Content; or (III) any use of the services offered or products provided by NG UAE or its associated agencies; or (IV) any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of NG UAE and its associated agencies or any person associated with any of them; or (V) any failure or delay (including, but not limited to, the use of inability to use any component of the service or NG UAE Link Tree for reservations. If NG UAE, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said booking is not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then NG UAE may cancel the said booking at any time up to 06 hours before the scheduled time of service or 24 hours before the expected date of visit to your said property. Once the Service or package is confirmed, no changes will be done at the same at any cost. Your right to cancel your service or package or modify your booking is determined by the applicable T&C of NG UAE. In such cases, it is your responsibility to inform us in writing of such a request specifying your booking reference. No changes will be made in services or bookings once the bookings and package booking are done. I, DO HEREBY CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLLOWING T&C: Client shall ensure appropriate behaviour and avoid any nuisance, quarrel, with technicians or Therapist during the service. In case of such behavior, NG UAE shall have complete authority to forbid you to carry out the service. No loss or claim resulting from such incident shall be payable in any manner to the Client. Client shall not be allowed to continue service if she is found in an unsuitable condition to receive this service which includes medical as per Dubai municipality health and safety rules and regulations. Client shall stop and take breaks at the specified time only given by the NG technician to follow the appropriate procedure and the Client shall not be allowed to take additional breaks except in case of emergency. Client shall be responsible and liable for their own safety and security as services are done at their said place. In no condition, NG UAE will indemnify any loss to the Client or belonging’s in any event. Client shall not smoke; chew tobacco or such other substances during the services. Client shall comply with the “Cancellation Policy” of NG UAE for the purpose of this transaction. In case of cancellation, the Client shall be refunded the balance amount from the service after appropriate deductions as per the mentioned Cancellation Policy. Client confirms that she has read, understood, and acknowledged this Cancellation Policy as provided with the confirmation email/massage at Client’s registered email id / Mobile number. In the event of any dissatisfaction with any of the services provided by NG UAE, the matter must be reported directly to NG UAE Manager, within 24 hours in order that action may be taken to remedy the problem. If notice is not given to NG UAE. within 24 hours, after the discovery of the dissatisfaction, NG UAE cannot and will not accept responsibility. Client agrees that NG UAE does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the services given on its site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise, insofar as such material is derived from the technician. NG UAE will not be liable to Client or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of the information derived by the Client through the usage of the site. In no event shall NG UAE be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the information provided on the site in so far as such information is derived from NG UAE.

​"No Show" Appointment

A 'NO SHOW' appointment is when a client does not call to cancel or show up to their scheduled appointment time. No penalty will be applied but late priorities will be considered in your next bookings.

  • Late Arrival

    Please be courteous and arrive at least 5-10 minutes before you scheduled appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or later after your appointment, we may need to shorten your services if other booking exists after your booking.

    • Cancellation Policy

      In consideration for our guests and team, we require the courtesy of a minimum of 24 hours advance notice when cancelling a scheduled appointment. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies.

      Discounts

      Special packages will be announced on our media channels, loyalty points are applicable to discounted prices. Only one discount can be considered at any time. Discounts are not applicable to memberships, gift cards or retail products, only applicable to manicure & pedicure services, Massage, eyelash extensions, eyebrows lamination and Deep cleansing express facial.

      Special Events & Offers

      Special events and offers are periodically announced in the media channels as applicable, loyalty points are applicable to discounted prices.

      Memberships

      Clients can purchase the memberships packages with the prices highlighted in NG UAE menu, no loyalty points will be earned while purchasing the membership packages. Points will be earned on redemption. Membership packages prices are not subject to any discount.

      Gift Cards

      No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. They are NOT redeemable for cash.   Gift Cards are available in any AED amount. They are available for immediate purchase and prompt delivery via email/website download. Gift Cards can also be purchased physically in-store with different designs.  No loyalty points will be earned while purchasing the gift cards. Points will be earned on redemption. Gift Cards purchasing are not subject to any discount.

      Loyalty Programs

      — NG UAE Points is operated by Nail Garden for Nails Manicure & Pedicure LLC and remains its property. By participating in our Loyalty Card program, you agree to the relevant T&C.
    • —This program is only valid within NG UAE branches only.

      —All clients are entitled to NG Points as part of the normal mode of sale. Upon joining our Loyalty Program, you will earn 30 NG UAE welcoming points.

      —Upon payment of any service, for each 20 AED spent of services is equivalent to 1 NG UAE point and each NG point will be equal to 1 AED while redeeming.

      —Client can only start to redeem partially or fully when they own more than 100 points in their NG UAE account.

      —Complimentary services are limited to Mani / Pedi, body & limited facial services, no points will be gained while purchasing Retail products.

      —Loyalty system of each client cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted to any other individual.

      —NG Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

      —NG UAE Loyalty points will not be considered for Gifts cards or membership purchasing or pre-paid services since it will be considered based on the actual services done (including discounts as applicable).

      —Review us on Google and gain 10 Points.

      Referral Program

      Client who referred a friend will earn extra 30 NG UAE loyalty points once the referred friend joined the shop for services.

      Loss or Damage

      We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.

      Special Gifts

      On special events and as per applicable marketing advertisement, Clients will receive special gifts as (Type A for purchasing / service above AED 200 or Type B for purchasing / services above AED 400).

      Birthday

      Clients who are celebrating their birthdays will receive extra 20 NG UAE Loyalty points.

      Payment

      Payment for your services / gift cards / retail products can be made in the following ways:

        — Cash on the day
        — Credit Card in advance (Visa or Mastercard only)
        — Gift Cards Credit
      Cash gratuity is appreciated. We ask that gratuity be cash only or on Easy tips link. Please note we do accept only local UAE issued Cards.

      Nail Polish Guarantee

      We will guarantee our work within 5 days for Gel polish and 48hrs for Regular polish. Any nail repair after 5 days will be charged accordingly.

      Parties Policy

    • Parties require a 48-hour cancellation policy.
    • Payment can be made in full by the host of the party or paid individually by each guest on the evening of the party.
    • AED 500 non-refundable deposit is required when booking a party of 5 or more. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is before 24 hours only.
    • Services charges will be calculated according to the menu & applicable discounts on that day in addition to AED 500 / hr for fully booking the place to be exclusive for your party.
    • No-show parties will be charged the full amount of all services.
    • We do provide decoration and catering (will be charged depend on the kind of Decoration/ catering either for cakes, beverages, snacks, etc.). However, you are welcome to bring your own decorations, snacks and beverages. Please note that a 10% service fee may apply.
    • AED 500 for photography to capture the beautiful memories for the day, providing some photo ideas and to prepare for a video to be presented on our screens during the event (per one hour)
    • A 10% gratuity will be added to the total bill of any party package.

    Use of Your Personal Data

    NG UAE may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
  • For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
  • To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
  • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
  • We may share your personal information in the following situations:
  • For Business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of NG UAE assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another NG UAE.

Affiliates include Our parent NG UAE and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
  • With Business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.
  • With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.

Retention of Your Personal Data

NG UAE will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at NG UAE’s operating offices where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of the shop premises. Your consent to this T&C followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer. NG UAE will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this T&C and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

Changes to this Terms & Conditions

We may update our T&C from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new T&C on this page. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this T&C.
