All memberships require a three-month minimum and auto-renew monthly.

Details: Services included in the Garden membership program as a “freebie” include any service with a list price of $70 or below, prior to applying for any other discounts or promotions. In the case of all memberships, missed services may not be rolled over from one month to the next. eligible services are subject to change. Garden memberships may not be transferred from one guest to another or transferred between Nail Garden locations. Your membership is personal to you and non-transferrable, and you may not assign your rights to any other individual. we may assign our rights under this agreement on notice to you. Benefits can be redeemed during each membership month only at the Nail Garden location it was purchased at.

Payment: A monthly payment, based on the pricing of the program you have chosen, is charged to your credit card beginning the day you sign up and continuing monthly on the same day of the month for the duration of the membership. each membership month is defined as the period beginning on the day of the month that the membership started. the member authorizes the owner of the Nail Garden location to process the credit card as described. this authorization will remain in effect unless the agreement between the guest and the owner is terminated, suspended or cancelled as detailed below. the member agrees to notify the location of any change to their payment information. monetary refunds are not issued for unused services.

Enrollment + Term: Participants of the Garden membership program will be eligible to enroll in our program at any participating Nail Garden location or online. you must be age 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for participation. persons under the age of 18 (“minors”) must obtain their parents’ or legal guardians’ consent prior to participation. by enrolling in the Garden program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions (“terms”). to enroll in the program, you must complete the Nail Garden membership application. you must keep your personal information up-to-date. The Program is void where prohibited by law. the term of this agreement begins on the membership start date set out below and lasts for a term of three (3) membership months, and automatically renews for successive months (month by month). other than as set out in the following section, this agreement may not be terminated during a term.

Pricing: Prices subject to change. rates and services may vary by location and session. each location is independently owned and operated. subject to applicable law, the Nail Garden reserves the right to increase the monthly fee upon 30 days’ written or electronic notice to the member.

Program Exclusions: The Nail Garden membership program is not valid with any other discounts or promotions. if Nail Garden or any of its locations offer a discount or promotion, it would not count as a qualifying service in the Garden membership program.

No-show Appointments: We require at least 6 hours' notice to cancel any appointment, including member appointments, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. members are required to abide by the cancellation policy. no-show and same-day cancellations will be charged a $20 fee to the card number with which they are associated. if the service is a freebie from the Garden member program then the service will be deemed rendered and the monthly membership fee earned.

Freezing & Cancelling a Membership: Membership in the Garden membership program may be frozen one time per calendar year, for one membership month by emailing the location you initially purchased your membership from seven (7) days prior to the start of your next membership month. when a membership is frozen, a guest may not use his/her program benefits or payments will resume that same day. a minimum of one membership payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen. at the end of the membership freeze term, your card on file will be charged on the next scheduled funds transfer date (terms, conditions, and rules of the current program will apply). your membership must be unfrozen for a minimum of twelve consecutive months before it may be frozen again. Memberships are set up month to month and auto-renew until you cancel. you must provide notice by emailing the location you initially purchased your membership from at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date and three payment cycles after the creation of the membership. should you decide to cancel your Garden membership program, the cancellation will take effect on the next renewal date unless otherwise required by applicable law. memberships will be charged in full-month increments. monetary refunds are not issued for unused services. all other entitlements and benefits under the program are terminated when the membership is frozen or cancelled. the location owner reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of a failed payment or inappropriate conduct by the member (as determined by the owner) which will be effective immediately.

Termination Policy: We may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying you. your membership will be valid until the date that we provide you with such notice, and you will be responsible for paying the monthly fee in respect of the agreement month during which we terminated this agreement, but no future months.  in the event of termination or cancellation of the program, or in the event the enrollment  location closes, Nail Garden and its affiliates shall have no obligation to provide, and the member shall not be entitled to receive, any compensation in any form for any dollars or services remaining in the member’s account as of the date of such closure, termination or cancellation.  

Additional Information: By joining the Garden club membership program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these program rules. the owner reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the program or any aspect of the program at any time. members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program terms and conditions. Nail Garden and affiliates assume no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect members information. Nail Garden may revoke any member’s benefits at any time if such members engage in abuse of the program or fail to follow the terms and conditions of the program. the interpretation and application of the program’s terms and conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Nail Garden. if any term or provision of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all other terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect and such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. this constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous proposals, agreements, representations, statements, negotiations and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the matters set forth in this agreement.
